Ceren Ceylan serves as an ESG Consultant at Metsims, contributing to a wide range of sustainability and sustainable finance engagements. She plays an active role in delivering ESG‑related assessments, preparing Second Party Opinions (SPOs) for sustainable finance instruments, and supporting clients in the development and implementation of sustainability strategies.
Her expertise spans the design and management of ESG performance processes, preparation of corporate sustainability reports, and the establishment of environmental responsibility policies. Ceren’s work is fully aligned with leading international and national sustainability reporting frameworks, including the Global Reporting Initiative (GRI), Türkiye Sustainability Reporting Standards (TSRS), and the European Sustainability Reporting Standards (ESRS). She also contributes to green finance projects and has hands‑on experience in studies related to carbon credits and environmental market mechanisms.
