Gülbahar Korkusuz BSc

ülbahar Korkusuz is a Senior Sustainability Consultant at Metsims. She has actively led and contributed to a wide range of projects, including decarbonization roadmaps, Global Reporting Initiative (GRI) sustainability reporting, corporate carbon footprint calculations, Life Cycle Assessment (LCA), Environmental Product Declarations (EPD), and EU Ecolabel certification.

Gülbahar has extensive experience in conducting product-specific carbon footprint calculations and implementing LCA and EPD projects across various sectors such as automotive, building materials, and retail. She has also managed the preparation of corporate sustainability reports and the development of actionable sustainability strategies.

Her work encompasses reporting in accordance with GRI, TSRS and CSRD standards, as well as conducting double materiality assessments and analyzing sustainability and climate-related risks and opportunities. Gülbahar holds a bachelor’s degree in Environmental Engineering from Istanbul Technical University and is proficient in English.
