Ahmet Talha Türkmen

Ahmet Talha TÜRKMEN graduated from Bursa Technical University with a degree in Computer Engineering and has been contributing at Metsims since 2023, taking an active role in the development of sustainability-focused software solutions. He developed the frontend of CageSuite. He works on workflows, data management, and reporting modules in projects such as LCADatabase, cageCBAM, and cageCARBON. He played an active role in designing and building project-based data structures. He has experience in reading and processing EPD data structures. He has advanced knowledge of React/React Native/JavaScript and Node.js, and hands-on experience with AWS and JWT-based authentication systems. Using AWS Amplify, he implemented AWS Cognito login integrations and developed passkey-based sign-in flows. He also worked on Stripe payment integrations. He contributed to data scraping processes and the development of data extraction/processing functionalities from PDF documents. He has developed modular map integrations using Google Maps APIs (Places, Geocoding, Markers, Polygons) and OpenStreetMap. He applies unit and end-to-end (e2e) testing practices for quality-focused development. He actively contributed to production bug fixing, log analysis, and troubleshooting processes. He works effectively in Agile & Scrum environments, contributing to iterative, task-based development cycles. He focuses on building user-friendly interfaces and scalable, maintainable project structures.
