David Parker is a consultant with over 20 years’ experience in the remanufacturing, sustainability, waste and resources fields gained working for consultancy OakdeneHollins.
Prior to that, with a background in process engineering, he enjoyed 14 years in ICI and DuPont with roles ranging from software design, consultancy support, process design, plant operations, R&D, full package engineering, commissioning, project management and techno-commercial investment analysis. Now an independent agent, David is looking to leverage his diverse experience into assisting organisations understand and realise near-term opportunities in the so-called Circular Economy.
In addition to developing the remanufacturing process, including the management of the DEFRA-funded production consultancy service provider Center for Remanufacturing and Near Reuse and pan-European project management for European Union sector support and making policy recommendations to the European Commission, it supports investment in biochemicals on behalf of It has also been active in the field of chemical production, including process scaling and costing projects, technical improvement management of the European Union Eco detergent Label criteria on behalf of the European EC-JRC, and various risk analyzes for customers in the private sector, market efficiency and important raw and metal material management.
