Zehra Eylül Er​

Eylül graduated from Marmara University with a degree in Environmental Engineering and holds a master’s degree in Occupational Health and Safety. She works at Metsims as a Sustainability Consultant, where she supports companies in their sustainability reporting processes. Her areas of focus include reporting in alignment with GRI, TSRS, and CSRD standards, double materiality assessments and the analysis of sustainability and climate-related risks and opportunities.

Eylül began her career in the textile industry and later served as a Climate Change Adaptation Specialist at one of Turkey’s leading logistics companies. She has participated in international environmental compliance projects and has been actively involved in sustainability reporting processes, as well as platform engagements such as EcoVadis and S&P Global.

With expertise in sustainability reporting, project management and organizational behavior, Eylül brings a comprehensive perspective to her work. She is fluent in English and continues to contribute to the development of robust and transparent sustainability strategies for a wide range of sectors.
