Ali Rüzgar is a senior sustainability consultant and LCA expert at Metsims. In addition to his almost 10 years of experience in Life Cycle Assessment (LCA), he has actively contributed to numerous national and international Research and Development (R&D) projects. He possesses experience in projects supported by organizations such as TÜBİTAK, KOSGEB, Development Agency, Eureka, Eurostars, and Horizon 2020. As an expert in the textile industry, he holds practical experience in process improvement, eco-design, and clean production. He has served as an LCA expert at nearly every stage of textile production, spanning from cotton to yarn, yarn to fabric, and ultimately, the final product.Ali, holding undergraduate and graduate degrees in Textile Engineering, is concurrently pursuing doctoral studies focusing on sustainability in the textile industry at Uludağ University.
